- How We Got Here
We started with a tour.
In 2025, Rolling Stoner Travel & Tours opened its first Travel Lounge in Bree Street, Cape Town. We ran our first journeys, worked with local venues, and began exploring what an alternative South African travel experience could become.
Those early tours taught us something important: before we could operate meaningful journeys at scale, we needed to build the network behind them — the routes, destinations, trusted businesses and hidden places that make travel worth remembering.
So we went back onto the road. After roughly 200,000 kilometres and more than 700 businesses visited, that journey became Route 420. Now we return with the road already mapped.
